Features: Archimedes was a great mathematician, physicist, and philosopher in history. Unlike many of his peers, he was good at using his intelligence to solve everyday practical problems. The geometric theorems and laws he discovered are still the foundation of physics today. The devices and combat machines he invented made him a legendary figure. Archimedes rarely thought about war in his life. His talent was always admired by Greece and even the whole world. In this book, Archimedes tells us about his research results, as well as his world-famous boast—"Give me a fulcrum, and I can move the Earth!"
