Through the research on the basic issues of smuggling crimes, it constructs a foundational theoretical framework for smuggling crimes. It analyzes contentious issues in smuggling crimes, explores numerous challenging problems in the forms of smuggling crimes such as stopping forms, accomplice forms, and crime number forms. In the application of penalties for smuggling crimes, it provides detailed arguments on the basis of penalties, sentencing principles, and sentencing standards in areas rarely addressed. Based on absorbing the latest research findings and judicial interpretations, it defines individual smuggling crimes and, finally, elaborates on its unique insights into the legislative improvement of smuggling crimes, addressing the flaws in the current legislation. It first proposes theories such as partial accomplices, accomplices, quasi- accomplices,, mixed fault, and expected possibility in smuggling crimes, providing a more robust theoretical support for solving difficult issues in judicial practice.
