Features: At the beginning of this year, an article titled "My Hospitalization Log" was widely forwarded online. Through continuous sharing, it became a sensation across both Taiwan and mainland China. The article documented a real-life story of a postgraduate student from Jiao Tong University who accidentally burned his "private parts" while secretly eating mutton hotpot in his dorm last year. This Jiao Tong University postgraduate student, LOGYDOG, published his unfortunate experience online with a touch of humor and sorrow. He initially intended to write it in a lighter tone to vent his frustrations and describe his burn experience to his classmates and friends. However, once the article was published, it garnered widespread attention, with TV news, newspapers, and magazines all coming to interview and report on him. Many started calling him "Jiao Tong Roasted Chicken" or simply "Roasted Chicken," which LOGYDOG didn’t particularly like, as he wasn’t injured while roasting sausage. LOGYDOG’s new book, "Mutton Hotpot Wasn’t Intentional," includes the previously published online version of the first half of the "Hospitalization Log" article, as well as the unpublished second half, plus additional chapters like "Outside the Hospital," "Variations on the Little Chicken," and "Smallbird’s Growth Diary." After the burn incident came to a close, LOGYDOG felt that his burn was actually quite fortunate, as some people suffered much more severe burns, even facial burns. He wanted to remind everyone that after learning about his burn experience, they might be willing to show more love and care to those with serious burns. Additionally, he urged everyone to be careful in the cold winter and to avoid making mistakes like his—mistakes that would be unforgettable for a lifetime!
