Features: This book, "Tibetan Mastiff," will take readers on a firsthand journey to the highlands, into a magical world of Tibetan Mastiffs, to get to know them, protect them, and save them. The Mastiff is one of the oldest canine species, the leader among dogs, and its extinction holds the same biological significance as the extinction of tigers. Protecting the Tibetan Mastiff is urgent. In the Spring Festival of 2002, another warm winter. The author returned to the homeland of the Tibetan Mastiffs for the last field investigation for the editing and publishing of this book. Although already mentally prepared for the current state of the Tibetan Mastiffs before arriving, the reality he witnessed still left him feeling chilled to the bone. To avoid further damaging the already fragile survival environment of the Tibetan Mastiffs, the statements in the book have avoided naming the core habitats in their regions. Some parts of the text in the book were formed as early as winter in 1995, and some of them have already deviated from the reality now. They should have been revised, but I did not and do not want to, because only in this way can we feel the weight of the topic of environmental protection. I hope that through this book, I can convey my heartfelt cry for all beautiful things: Don't ruin them!
