Features: This book is a research outcome of the Ministry of Education's "Reform Plan for Teaching Content and Curriculum Systems in Higher Education Towards the 21st Century," and is a 21st-century curriculum textbook. It is a rewritten version based on the original textbooks "Tutorial on Analog Integrated Electronic Technology" (published by Higher Education Press in 1994) and "Tutorial on Integrated Electronic Technology" (published by Zhejiang University Press in 1998), in accordance with the structural and content reform requirements for 21st-century textbooks. The book is divided into four parts and 18 chapters, covering the basic teaching requirements of the original "Fundamentals of Analog Electronic Technology" and "Fundamentals of Digital Electronic Technology" courses for undergraduate electrical and information engineering programs in higher education, with appropriate expansions. The book adopts a modular structure and a combined "analog" and "digital" system.
Part I is on Electronic Devices and Circuit Fundamentals; Part II is on Digital Circuits and Systems; Part III is on Analog Circuits and Systems; and in Part IV, through five chapters—"Signal Generation Circuits," "Signal Processing Circuits," "Signal Conversion Circuits," "Signal Transmission Circuits," and "Examples of Electronic System Design"—the book closely integrates analog and digital electronic technologies, focusing on cultivating students' comprehensive application skills for both areas. Additionally, it introduces new integrated electronic devices and basic EDA knowledge, combining content from each part. Due to its modular structure, using this textbook offers great flexibility in teaching order and time allocation. For example, when teaching in the order of "digital" before "analog," Chapters 1 and 2 can be arranged in the first semester, while Chapters 3 and 4 can be placed in the second semester; if teaching in the order of "analog" before "digital," Chapters 1 and 3 can be arranged in the first semester, while Chapters 2 and 4 can be placed in the second semester. For programs with fewer credits, certain chapters can be conveniently omitted. This book can serve as a textbook for electrical and information engineering programs (formerly electrical, automation, and electronics) in higher education institutions and is also suitable for adult and vocational education programs in related fields.
