This book studies the influencing factors of medical consumption behavior, primarily using the Logistic model in generalized linear models and multilevel models with discrete response variables to explore attitudes and behaviors related to medical consumption and their influencing factors. Using methods such as analysis of variance and multiple comparisons, it examines potential factors affecting residents' visit satisfaction from the perspective of consumers, mainly including significant test and research on influence patterns. A covariance structure model is used to model issues related to satisfaction; multidimensional preference analysis is employed to reflect the direction of residents' satisfaction with medical services; two methods are used to explore the influencing factors of medical service satisfaction; exploratory factor analysis and cumulative Logistic regression models.
