Features: At the beginning of the new century, as a required course in the "Two Courses" (Legal Basics) offered by ordinary universities across the country, it faced significant reform tasks in terms of teaching content and methods. Based on years of teaching experience in legal basics, we have newly compiled this textbook, fully absorbing the achievements of past legal basics textbooks. Especially in terms of format and style, it has made innovative breakthroughs. Each chapter includes a title and preface, clarifying the central content of the chapter and the objectives and requirements for learning it; it adds content summaries and key terms, helping students grasp the key and difficult points of the course correctly; it includes discussion questions and case analyses, inspiring independent thinking, deepening understanding, and applying the basic legal knowledge learned, making the overall format and style more vivid and engaging, and increasing readability.
