Features: It is self-evident that as the object of contemporary academic research, what people are most concerned about should be the new developments in post-war capitalism that are closest and most direct to the relationship with the world. This new historical stage of capitalism has attracted worldwide attention due to its rapid development in science and technology, a qualitative leap in social productivity, and deep changes in social structure. In connection with this, the capitalist world, especially developed capitalist countries, have emerged with undeniable new images and changes in various aspects such as economy, politics, and society. As for the academic circles in China, the study of modern capitalism is relatively weak. Due to well-known historical reasons, for a long time, capitalism was regarded as a system fundamentally opposed to socialism, synonymous with "evil," and everything about it should be denied. This book analyzes the profound differences between the two capitalist models, namely, New American Capitalism and Rhine Model Capitalism. The Rhine Model is widespread across all countries along the Rhine River, from Austria to the Netherlands, including all continental European countries that now belong to the Eurozone, though their specific manifestations vary slightly.
