Features: It is evident that "finance and economics law" is not a highly standardized concept, but using this term serves the same purpose as using "finance and economics jurisprudence." We hope to use this banner to present this "legal review" to readers, not only incorporating various achievements from both academia and practice but also breaking down the seemingly insurmountable barriers between disciplines. The editorial philosophy aims to holistically reflect the intersection and complementarity of economics and law, as well as the integration of theoretical research and practical application. This book continues to uphold the editorial concept of combining theoretical research and practical discussions, as well as the intersection and complementarity of economics and law. It addresses pressing issues in China's finance and economics sector from different professional fields and perspectives. The book contains approximately 350,000 words and is divided into several sections, including [Featured Articles], [Special Essays], [Financial Regulation], [Tax and Fiscal Law], [Market Regulation], [WTO Special Essays], [Lessons from Others], [Legislation Watch], and [Academic Perspectives].
The [Featured Articles] section includes Professor Jiang Ping's speech titled "The Revision and Improvement of the Company Law," delivered on March 27, 2004, at the Central University of Finance and Economics. The [Special Essays] section features articles co-authored by Professor Wang Guangqian, President of the Central University of Finance and Economics and a renowned finance expert, and Associate Professor Zeng Xiaqing, Deputy Director of the Institute of Tax, Finance, and Financial Law at the Central University of Finance and Economics, titled "On the Comprehensive Coordination of Monetary Policy and Financial Regulation," as well as an article titled "Key Issues in the Formulation of the Civil Code" by Professor He Shan. The [Financial Regulation], [Tax and Fiscal Law], [Market Regulation], and [WTO Special Essays] sections include articles from legal and economic professionals, respectively, exploring institutional improvements in the finance and economics field from different disciplinary backgrounds. The [Lessons from Others] section focuses on comparative studies. The [Legislation Watch] section includes articles that provide case-based legal analysis, offering positive reflection and reference for adjusting and regulating China's current economic order. The [Academic Perspectives] section is excerpt-based, featuring summaries of recent academic articles by several well-known scholars, aiming to broaden the academic scope of the review and enrich its informational content.
