Features: There are multiple reasons why translators confuse synonymous or near-synonymous legal terms. Some errors are caused by literal translations, such as "Final judgment." The translator arbitrarily assumed it should be translated as "final judgment," leading to a chain of misinterpretations. As a result, almost all English-Chinese or Chinese-English dictionaries have perpetuated this error, completely disregarding or being unaware of the vast difference between it and the true "final judgment," i.e., the judgment of last resort.
