Features: The promotional and developmental research of the "New Basic Education" lasted five years. This book is a review and reflection on this practical journey from the perspectives of school development, management transformation, and class construction, aiming to concisely reflect the hardships and joys of the researchers' exploration. Although the book is officially edited by us, it is actually the crystallization of sincere cooperation and joint creation by many like-minded individuals. This series consists of three books, which are interrelated and have different focuses. This book is a collection of final reports, including a general report and separate reports on each sub-topic within the research, all authored by the research team members of East China Normal University. The team members are the leaders of the general project and each sub-project. The research reports are rich in substance, supported by years of practical research experience, and are not just theoretical exercises. The second book is mainly written by the leaders of experimental regions, school leaders, and class teachers, reflecting the main experiences and achievements of the "New Basic Education" in regional promotion, school management transformation, and class construction. The third book is authored by frontline experimental teachers, who provide papers and cases, from which we can read their wisdom and the emotional journey of their growth. While the second and third books lack lengthy discussions, they are the blooming flowers of life in the "New Basic Education," carefully collected and woven into a colorful and beautiful wreath of the "New Basic Education" reform. We want readers to feel the dedication and pursuit of the members of the "New Basic Education" experimental schools from these books.
