Features: Nowadays, human society has taken significant strides into a new era characterized by the knowledge economy, where the comprehensive strength and intellectual competition between nations are reaching an unprecedented level of intensity. As a developing major country striving to join the ranks of global powers, China, while vigorously cultivating and fostering original innovation capabilities, urgently needs to enhance the cultural literacy of its people, establish a correct sense of citizenship and global awareness, and shape strategic theoretical thinking. In light of this, it is more important than ever to continue strongly advancing the study of international relations history. To make this modern history of international relations a breakthrough in existing research levels, we have sifted through and carefully selected the available literature and materials, drawing on the strengths of similar works both domestically and internationally as well as the latest research findings. In terms of framework construction, system innovation, outline formulation, structural arrangement, and content selection, we have made arduous explorations and innovations. For the discussion of the recognized difficulties and weak areas in the research content of this discipline, we have adopted unique approaches and put in particular effort. Subjectively, we have strived to avoid the flaw of being repetitive in writing, focusing on highlighting our distinctive characteristics.
