Features: Due to an engine failure, the "Angelica" enters the dangerous debris field. There, the crew witnesses the scene of the "Blooded" incident—particularly the wreckage of Nu 7. While refueling, Kira recovers a life raft. In the life raft is Planta's daughter, Aslan's fiancée, Lucrecia. In exchange for returning Lucrecia, the "Angelica" reaches a temporary truce agreement with the Daikaijuu Zetto Corps. Aslan persuades Kira to go to Planta, but Kira refuses for the sake of the people he "must protect," making their inevitable estrangement unavoidable. Afterward, the "Angelica" joins the Earth Alliance's Eighth Fleet. During the battle, the "Kira" is drawn by Earth's gravity and crashes into the atmosphere alone. It eventually lands in the African desert, where it encounters a local resistance group. Kira meets the girl Cartfeld in Heliopolis.
