Features: The architecture of China's ethnic minorities is a vast and diverse spectacle, with numerous types. The fusion of multiple ethnic groups has made it present a pluralistic nature, and since each ethnic group is located in different regions, it is not an easy task to gain a comprehensive understanding. Currently, there are not many books in China that introduce ethnic minority residential architecture. If a professional and all-around introduction is made, it would be a monumental project. To enable readers both domestically and internationally to briefly understand the residential architecture of China's ethnic minorities, the author has written this book, "Residential Architecture of China's Ethnic Minorities," from an accessible and illustrated perspective, based on existing materials and our understanding of the basic conditions of the ethnic minorities. The architectural styles referred to in this book mainly pertain to the residential architecture of the 55 ethnic minorities, with supplementary introductions to public buildings of ethnic minorities, such as palaces, gardens, pavilions, bridges, pagodas, temples, and tombs, etc.
