This book aims to improve the oral communication skills of cabin crew. Based on the actual needs of cabin crew in their work, it organizes and integrates the somewhat fragmented communication phrases in cabin Japanese into a systematic, comprehensive training textbook or self-study material suitable for teaching, training, and testing. From its usage, some training centers use this book as pre-job training material for newly hired cabin crew, others as refresher training material for cabin crew, and some as reference material for written and oral tests for cabin crew.
