Features: This book is a project under the Beijing Higher Education Excellent Teaching Material Program and represents the results of several years of teaching and research in higher vocational education for electronic information engineering. The book primarily consists of two parts. Part 1 covers fundamental knowledge of electronic circuits, including preliminary concepts of electronic circuits, basic electronic devices and their application circuits, amplification of analog signals, operational amplifiers and their basic applications, logic gates, combinational logic circuits, flip-flops and sequential logic circuits, and large-scale integrated digital circuits. Part 2 introduces typical practical functional circuits, including signal processing circuits, signal generation circuits, signal conversion circuits, and power supplies. Additionally, it explains the use of the typical electronic circuit simulation tool EWB. The book carefully selects and organizes its content to meet the requirements and characteristics of higher vocational education. It aims to equip students with the fundamental knowledge of electronic circuits within limited study hours while preparing them for further learning in more specialized electronic technology fields. It also provides teachers with flexibility in selecting teaching materials based on different needs. The book emphasizes practicality and modernity, incorporating engineering contexts for electronic technology applications and introducing advanced semiconductor integrated chips. In terms of presentation, the book clarifies basic concepts and focuses on qualitative analysis, avoiding abstract and overly theoretical derivations. Each chapter includes a sufficient number of exercises. The book is suitable as a textbook for higher vocational and technical education, as well as for specialized courses in various vocational and adult higher education programs. It can also be used in applied undergraduate programs in higher vocational engineering institutions.
