Sometimes, leaders, seeking peace, are particularly tolerant of ordinary people. Second, ordinary people are convenient to use and obedient. Generally, those with no skills whatsoever always follow the leader's will. They must report on everything, no matter how small, and are pleasing when they kowtow and accept misfortune with resignation. Once they start working, they lack creativity, constantly looking around, never taking the lead, not speaking up, and never causing any trouble for you.
