Features: Humanity has entered the 21st century. In the new century, economic globalization continues to advance; advanced productive forces are constantly emerging on a global scale; with China's entry into the WTO, it must integrate into the fair competition of the global community. If the transformation of Chinese enterprises from a planned economy to a market economy is considered a first leap, then when they face the international environment, participate in competition on the same platform, and achieve great success, it can be called the second leap. This book incorporates the author's many years of research on the theoretical and practical achievements of productive forces in successful enterprises both domestically and internationally. It proposes new viewpoints and insights to ensure enterprise development, providing reference for a broad range of enterprises and readers. The book integrates the author's many years of research on the theoretical and practical achievements of productive forces in successful enterprises both domestically and internationally, proposing new viewpoints and insights that hold theoretical innovation value and practical application value.
First, based on the actual development of enterprises, the author boldly constructs a theoretical framework system that enables enterprise success. The 16 subsystems within the system are all necessary for enterprise operations, with each subsystem interconnected and interacting with one another. The success of an enterprise is the result of the comprehensive and optimized combination of these subsystems.
Second, when analyzing the constituent elements of enterprises, the book proposes that employees (laborers) play a subjective innovative role, which is integrated throughout the entire process of enterprise operations. It particularly emphasizes that senior leaders, entrepreneurs, and various types of professional technical personnel among employees are the pioneers and creators of enterprise development and productivity growth. Therefore, cultivating and nurturing a qualified team of senior leadership cadres is of great significance for promoting enterprise development.
Third, the author proposes three driving force concepts for enterprise development, namely that enterprise development is driven by the comprehensive effect of fundamental driving forces, leading driving forces, and supreme driving forces.
Fourth, the book explicitly states that the necessary condition for the sustainable and subsequent development of enterprises is the implementation of comprehensive and all-round optimization of enterprise operations throughout the entire process, with special emphasis on the integration and optimized operation of the "five flows."
Fifth, the book proposes that enterprises must implement comprehensive optimization through global cooperation and integration to grow stronger and larger.
Lastly, the book presents successful enterprise cases corresponding to the 16 theoretical subsystems. The cases are standardized, detailed, representative, and instructive. Based on the performance of these cases, the author extracts the methods and experiences that led to their success. In the expert analysis, the book elaborates on how enterprises can achieve success and maximize benefits by combining theory with practice.
