Features: The concept of "integrated criminal law" (the organic integration of matters related to punishing crimes), which has two meanings: as the operation of criminal law and as a methodological approach to criminal law. As a research method of integrated criminal law, it can be roughly said that the author has practiced it (as can be seen from the collection's table of contents), but upon closer examination, it is merely a beginning. The view that proposing the "strict but not severe" structure of criminal law is the core issue of criminal law modernization is put forward. Compared to the previous edition, this book deletes more than 20% of the content, adds about 30%, and removes the phrase "and the Theory of Relational Criminal Law" from the title, because strictly speaking, "the Theory of Relational Criminal Law" is a sub-concept of "integrated criminal law," and the two are not suitable to be placed on the same level. This collection consists of three parts: Criminology, Criminal Law, and Penology, each arranged in chronological order according to the time of article publication.
