Features: To further standardize the criminal law enforcement activities of public security organs, the Ministry of Public Security made major revisions, supplements, and improvements to the "Format of Criminal Legal Documents of Public Security Organs" issued on November 14, 1996, on December 18, 2002. Among them, 30 types were deleted or abolished, and 29 new types were added, while 63 types were revised and improved. Therefore, strictly speaking, each document in the 2002 version of the Criminal Legal Documents of Public Security Organs is different from the 1996 version. The revised criminal legal documents now total 92 types. Although the total number is one less than the 1996 version, the scope of application is broader and the alignment with laws and regulations such as the "Criminal Procedure Law" and the "Procedures for Public Security Organs to Handle Criminal Cases" (hereinafter referred to as the "Procedures") is tighter. This will positively promote public security organs to handle cases legally and improve the quality of case handling. Criminal legal documents of public security organs serve to correctly apply the law and are formulated based on the specific requirements of the "Criminal Procedure Law" and the "Procedures." To help police officers at all levels better understand, prepare, and use the new legal documents, and to help readers comprehensively, systematically, and standardizedly prepare criminal legal documents according to the "Criminal Procedure Law" and the "Procedures," the author wrote this book, "Comprehensive Guide to Preparing New Criminal Legal Documents of Public Security Organs."
In terms of structure, the book follows the chapter structure of the "Procedures" as the main line, while also considering the types and classification of legal documents, and elaborates in detail the legal documents required for public security organs to handle criminal cases. For the general documents and combined documents stipulated in the "Format of Criminal Legal Documents of Public Security Organs (2002 Edition)" issued by the Ministry of Public Security, the book provides a detailed explanation based on actual case handling to facilitate the understanding and use of these documents by officers. Through this division, the book elaborates on a total of 109 legal documents.
In terms of content, the book systematically discusses the preparation of each legal document from four aspects: document concept, preparation basis, precautions, and preparation methods. It also provides detailed completed examples of the documents for reference when preparing them.
