Features: This book is the second collection following the "Selected Real Estate Appraisal Reports of National-Level Real Estate Appraisal Institutions" published in November 1999, renamed "Selected Real Estate Appraisal Reports 2002." The purpose of publishing this book is to showcase the achievements of real estate appraisal institutions, promote exchanges among them, and enhance the professional skills of real estate appraisers. The book includes 28 appraisal reports from national-level real estate appraisal institutions that were re-approved after the reform of detachment and restructuring by the end of 2001. Each report is compiled in the format required by GB/T50291-1999 "Code for Real Estate Appraisal." The content includes selected real estate appraisal report cases, brief introductions to the appraisal institutions for each case, and insights from the appraisers. Following each report, there is a short commentary by the editors for discussion. The appraisal reports are categorized by use type: residential real estate appraisal, commercial real estate appraisal, office and mixed-use real estate appraisal, industrial real estate appraisal, tourism and entertainment real estate appraisal, and other real estate appraisals. The primary appraisal purpose of each report is real estate mortgage, but it also covers land use rights transfer, real estate transfer, housing demolition compensation, real estate auction reserve price, and other real estate appraisal purposes. The reports are rich in content, detailed in data, and each has unique characteristics, demonstrating strong exemplary, practical, and operational value.
