Features: The revision of "Civil Case Handling Manual" has innovated the editorial format, comprehensively covering case filing, legal application, and adjudication in case handling. It aims to meet the needs of judicial workers. First, the entire book is divided into 79 categories and 375 topics based on the "Provisional Regulations on the Case Types of Civil Cases" and the core systems of civil litigation, allowing readers to flexibly search according to their work needs. Second, each topic is divided into three columns: 1. Case Type Identification: Provides a theoretical definition of the case type, offering important references for effective case filing; 2. Related Regulations: Surrounding specific case types and litigation procedures, it provides relevant legal documents such as laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, and judicial interpretations. Some are fully included, while others are specifically excerpted, totaling 862 legal documents, offering comprehensive references for legal application; 3. Case Guidance: Surrounding specific case types, it selects 430 typical cases from the "Supreme People's Court Bulletin" (1985–2003) and "Selected Judgments of People's Courts" (published by Legal Publishing House, provided by high courts across regions), creating an index to assist judicial workers in referencing similar effective judgments during case handling.
