Features: Most small business owners won't waste their time learning the theoretical works of philosophers. Although they have studied how to run a business, they have never experienced the joy of success. They understand that they are unlikely to take their company to the level of General Motors, but they are not satisfied with the status quo, just unsure how to improve. These are the target audience for this book. If we were to discuss the key factors for success in the automotive recycling industry, I believe they would be the following:
· Read everything related to this industry. Most of what I know came from self-study. You need to become a diligent reader to learn everything, as knowledge is everywhere, waiting to be discovered.
· Work hard. This doesn’t just refer to physical labor, although I did a lot of manual work when I was young. Reading itself is also a demanding task.
· Develop your organizational skills and abilities. Electronic organizational assistants gave me strong networking and relationship-organizing skills, saving me time.
· Maintain your credibility. If it were just my own small amount of money, I wouldn’t have been able to grow the business to this scale today. I needed more, and that required good credit and bank relationships.
Among the ranks of successful entrepreneurs, I can only be considered a rounding error. However, even from a simple entrepreneur like me, you can learn a few ideas, as this book demonstrates, to help you achieve your dreams. If you follow what this book advises and actively develop and seek resources, I believe you will eventually achieve success.
