Features: Lin Xiaoyu, her husband Guo Xiaopeng, and their son Dingding lived a happy and fulfilling life together. However, their peaceful life was disrupted by the purchase of a car. Just as the neighbors Liu Qiming and Jiang Hong were still dealing with their own car-buying troubles, Guo Xiaopeng, driven by a desire to impress others and ignoring Xiaoyu's advice, secretly borrowed money from his friend Zhao Ning to buy a car.
Unforeseen misfortunes struck when Zhao Ning suddenly demanded repayment. Xiaoyu and Guo Xiaopeng argued endlessly over the matter. In anger, she left home. Guo Xiaopeng tried to drown his sorrows by dining with a young woman named Fangfang, leading to many laughs and misunderstandings. Xiaoyu also took the opportunity to have the security guard at her workplace, Old Yu, pretend to be a rich admirer of hers to annoy Xiaopeng.
After some adjustments, with their son Dingding mediating, the family finally sat in Xiaopeng's new car, gazing out the window at the myriad lights of the city, dreaming of a bright future.
