Features: Corporate governance is a multi-faceted and multi-level concept, difficult to express in simple terms. However, from the perspective of the emergence and development of the issue of corporate governance, it can be understood from two aspects: narrow and broad. Narrow corporate governance refers to a mechanism of supervision and checks and balances between owners and operators, which, through a system of arrangements, reasonably allocates the rights and responsibilities between owners and operators. The goal of corporate governance is to maximize shareholder interests and prevent operators from deviating from the interests of the owners. Its main characteristics are the internal governance structure formed by the shareholders' meeting, the board of directors, the supervisory committee, and the management.
