Developing rural vocational education is a complex systematic project that spans a wide range of areas, involving both cognitive, institutional, and mechanism issues, as well as development policies across various industries. It is closely tied to national macro-strategies while also connecting to the macro-realities of social and economic development in Beijing's suburbs. Based on these circumstances, we established the guiding ideology and main tasks of the research project: grounded in a comprehensive understanding of Marxist educational thought, the focus is on studying how to implement the vocational education strategy, and exploring the universally applicable ideological understandings and practical operational issues involved in its implementation.
