Features: The foreign-related legal system is a general term for the legal system that adjusts foreign-related relationships in a country. With the continuous development of international exchanges, the connections between countries and ethnic groups are becoming increasingly close. These are not a comprehensive set of foreign-related legal norms, but only select those related to the daily lives of the general public or what the general public is concerned about, as well as foreign-related legal issues related to the daily business activities of general enterprises and companies. This book is divided into four parts. The first part is foreign-related cases with the nature of public law that reflects the state's management of foreign-related behaviors of individuals. The second part is foreign-related civil cases of foreign-related civil interactions between parallel entities. The third part is foreign-related economic and trade cases arising from economic interactions between Chinese companies and foreign companies or individuals. The fourth part is cases related to the basic principles and systems of the WTO.
