Features: Water transfer projects are optimization allocation projects for water resources and necessary means for the rational utilization of water resources. At the time of the construction commencement of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project, to facilitate a systematic study and mastery of laws and regulations related to water transfer by a broad readership, and to keep them promptly informed of the latest developments in water conservancy construction laws and regulations, we organized relevant personnel to compile the book "Selected Laws and Regulations for Water Transfer Project Construction and Management."
