Features: The proposition of the judicial examination exam reveals a clear trend of comprehensive assessment. During the writing process of this book, strict adherence to the requirements of the judicial examination syllabus was maintained. Each volume consists of the following parts: Part I provides candidates with guidance charts and learning charts, analyzing the proposition characteristics of the judicial examination for this volume and offering review strategies. Part II is the main text, which first elaborates on the knowledge points with varying levels of detail. This section resembles past designated textbooks but overcomes their shortcomings in comprehensiveness, guidance, targeting, and efficiency. It distinguishes between detailed and brief explanations based on the different emphases of the judicial examination in the past two years, supplemented by a large number of legal provisions and examples. This ensures close integration of legal principles and legal provisions, as well as theory and practice, making the explanations precise and focused while the examples are vivid and concrete. Additionally, it includes the careful selection of legal provisions and insightful highlights. Under each specific knowledge point, corresponding past exam questions are provided, enabling candidates to immerse themselves in the exam questions from the early stages of their review and reinforcing their understanding of the knowledge points.
