Features: The judicial examination questions show a clear trend of comprehensive assessment. However, the existing judicial examination preparation materials on the market suffer from issues such as detachment between key knowledge points and important legal provisions, detachment between key knowledge points, important legal provisions, exercises, and case studies, detachment between individual subjects and comprehensive assessments, and detachment between key knowledge points, important legal provisions, exercises, case studies, and actual examination questions or predicted test questions. These shortcomings fail to meet the goals of guidance, directness, targeting, and efficiency. During the writing process of this book, strict adherence to the requirements of the judicial examination syllabus was maintained. Each volume consists of the following parts: Part 1 provides candidates with guidance maps and learning maps, analyzing the characteristics of the examination questions for this specific volume and offering review strategies. Part 2 is the main text, which first presents a detailed yet selective explanation of the knowledge points. This section resembles past designated textbooks but overcomes their shortcomings in comprehensiveness, guidance, targeting, and efficiency. It distinguishes between detailed and concise explanations based on the different emphases of the recent two years' judicial examinations, supplemented by a large number of legal provisions and case studies. This ensures close integration of legal theory and legal provisions, as well as theory and practice, making the explanations precise and focused, while the case studies are concrete and vivid. Additionally, it includes carefully selected legal provisions that provide clarity and insight. Under each specific knowledge point, corresponding past examination questions are provided, enabling candidates to immerse themselves in the actual examination questions from the early stages of their review and reinforcing their understanding of the knowledge points.
