Features: Channel Conflict, actually, it's a very difficult topic to write about. Simply put, we couldn't find any textbook guidance, nor had any expert studied this subject alone. To ensure that marketing managers don't find the reading experience awkward or challenging, we took bold innovations in our writing style, breaking away from the conventional approach of such books. We created two characters: one is Consultant Ding, and the other is Marketing Manager Wen. The entire book follows their dialogues as the thread, unfolding in a scenario-based manner: not only does it vividly introduce various phenomena, causes, and solutions of channel conflict, but it also systematically presents perspectives and tools of channel management, making it highly practical. The writing is lively, engaging, and full of charm, with exquisite layout, bringing a delightful reading experience! We only found a few scattered articles in the Sales & Marketing magazine and website. However, in real-world marketing practice, channel conflict is a daily challenge that marketing managers must face. This book had to be written entirely based on our real-world materials, practical experience, and accumulated knowledge. We truly embarked on this journey with the spirit of an ant gnawing at an elephant. The project didn't start smoothly; one collaborator disappeared suddenly for unknown reasons, taking away a significant amount of our materials. At the time, Xu Jiuzhou, the company that adopted this project, was deeply affected for a long time. But we didn't give up. We started collecting, writing, revising, and editing bit by bit, pausing multiple times along the way, but ultimately persisted and completed the entire book. Only we know the ups and downs of this process.

Of course, this writing style also added a lot of work to us. First, we created two characters: Consultant Ding and Marketing Manager Wen.
