Features: In daily life and work, people are well aware of the importance of English. For those who speak Chinese as their native language, although they have spent years learning English, they still struggle to avoid getting stuck when reading English medical literature. For us in the Chinese-speaking world, reading English requires a concise and practical bilingual reference book. To address the roadblocks in English reading or communication within the medical field, we compiled the Concise English-Chinese Chinese-English Medical Dictionary. We strive to select vocabulary that is novel, standardized, practical, and accurate. Chinese medical terms are preferably adopted from the Medical Terminology Published by the National Committee for the Revision of Technical Terms. Drug names primarily refer to the Second Part of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China, and some newly approved clinical drugs are also included. Foreign words are marked with [Lat], [Grc], [Fr], [Ger], [Rus], etc., to indicate their origins. This book includes phonetic symbols and origins, and those interested can refer to relevant books for further research. To address the roadblocks in English reading or communication within the medical field, the compilers of this dictionary compiled it. During the compilation process, reference was made to various medical dictionaries and specialized English pronunciation dictionaries. We strive to select vocabulary that is novel, standardized, practical, and accurate, and Chinese medical terms are preferably adopted from the National Committee for the Revision of Technical Terms.
