Features: China's foreign trade and economic system is undergoing a significant and profound transformation. China's foreign trade and economic achievements have made substantial progress, especially after China joined the World Trade Organization in 2001, which further advanced our foreign trade and economic activities. With the gradual decentralization of foreign trade operational rights and the increase in enterprises engaged in international trade, the demand for foreign trade professionals has also been expanding. To meet the needs of China's secondary and vocational education in foreign trade and economic development, we organized teachers with years of teaching experience in "International Trade Practice" to compile this textbook, "Newly Edited Export Trade Practice." This book takes China's export business as the main line and systematically introduces the general practices of China's export trade. In terms of content, the book, based on the introduction, divides the export trade practice into three parts for explanation.
Part 1: Contract Terms, which elaborates in detail on the name of the commodity, quality, quantity, packaging, price, transportation, insurance, payment, entry and exit inspection and quarantine, claims, arbitration, and force majeure of export commodities;
Part 2: Transaction Negotiation and Contract Signing, which focuses on introducing the main links of transaction negotiation—offers and acceptances, guiding students to correctly draft written contracts;
Part 3: Contract Fulfillment, which mainly introduces the basic procedures of fulfilling export contracts, guiding students to familiarize themselves with letters of credit, review letters of credit, and correctly prepare relevant documents based on letters of credit.
The book also includes a fourth part, which introduces various trade methods closely related to general trade, providing vocational students with learning materials.
