Features: To facilitate readers in creating calligraphy compositions, following the "Chinese Ancient Poetry Calligraphy Series," this series, "Chinese Ancient Prose Calligraphy Series," has been launched by our press. It aims to provide more creative resources for calligraphy enthusiasts and guide readers to further open the door to calligraphy creation. This series still selects classic stele calligraphies such as "Shichen Stele," "Zhiyong's Five Thousand Characters of the Great Learning," "Liquan Inscription of the Nine-Crystal Palace," "Dabao Ta Stele," "Yan Qinli Stele," and "Xuanmi Stele" as models for calligraphy composition. It also chooses well-known classical prose by such as Tao Yuanming, Liu Zongyuan, and Fan Zhongyan as the content for calligraphy composition. The length of the passages ranges from short to long, allowing readers to practice progressively. This book has two features: First, the original characters in the stele calligraphy are flipped to black and white, moderately enlarged, and locally adjusted; second, reasonable combinations and of characters not present in the original calligraphy are made to as closely as possible match the style and charm of the original stele calligraphy. Additionally, at the beginning of each calligraphy book, examples of classical prose and their writing formats and layouts are provided for reference.
