Features: The fourth paper of the judicial examination is the one with the lowest scores in the history of the judicial examination (legal examination), and also the one that leaves many candidates feeling lost. Statistics show that the average score for this paper has been around 40 points. In the judicial examinations of 2004 and 2005, with a total score of 150 points, the average score for the fourth paper was still only over 60 points. Moreover, the uncertain multiple-choice questions in the first three papers of the annual judicial examination (mostly in the form of small cases) also result in low scores for many candidates. What is the direction of the case questions, how to review them, and how to answer them often leave many candidates baffled. Due to the lack of breakthroughs in these difficult questions, some candidates even develop a fear of case questions at the mere sight of them and become confused when faced with case papers.
