Why does my child always shrug his shoulders?

Patient's question:

About a week now, my hands keep shaking uncontrollably. When I asked him, he said he didn't know about the past week's treatment and its effects. I haven't seen any care. What kind of assistance do you need? Please say a few words about the reason. Does this have pediatric and child health care?
