Features: To adapt to the development of China's pharmaceutical industry, promote the entry of Chinese pharmaceutical products into the global market, gradually align the Chinese pharmacist system with international standards, establish an objective and fair talent evaluation system, and cultivate a group of pharmaceutical production and management personnel who possess both professional knowledge and legal expertise, as well as practical abilities and strict enforcement capabilities. This is to fully leverage the special role of pharmacists in ensuring drug quality, safeguarding public medication safety, and maintaining public health. China has implemented the National Certified Pharmacist Qualification Examination System. Recently, the National Medical Products Administration organized experts, scholars, and experienced pharmacists to develop the 2003 edition of the National Certified Pharmacist Qualification Examination Syllabus based on scientific research and analysis of the 2002 edition. To support this effort and facilitate candidates in comprehensively reviewing the exam requirements within a relatively short period, as well as assessing their professional knowledge, we have invited senior experts from relevant fields to thoroughly revise the existing exam practice questions according to the new Syllabus. The principle of this revision is to closely align with the 2003 edition of the National Certified Pharmacist Qualification Examination Syllabus, strictly adhere to the scope and depth required by the Syllabus, emphasize the rigor and accuracy of the questions, and strive to reflect the knowledge level expected of pharmacists. Therefore, it is suitable for candidates to review and self-assess. The National Certified Pharmacist Examination is entirely conducted in multiple-choice format, including three types: "A-type questions (Best Choice Questions)," which consist of a single question stem and five answer options (A, B, C, D, E), with only one correct answer; "B-type questions (Matching Questions)," which are a set of questions with five answer options (A, B, C, D, E) listed first, followed by several questions, each with only one correct answer. Each answer can be selected once or multiple times, or not selected at all; and "X-type questions (Multiple Choice Questions)," which consist of a single question stem and five answer options (A, B, C, D, E), where each question has two or more correct answers. Candidates must select all correct answers. Partial or incorrect selections will not be scored. This book was completed through the collaborative efforts and hard work of all the authors. With the development and progress of society, the level of the pharmacist examination is also continuously improving. We hope that this revised edition will provide more assistance to candidates and contribute positively to enhancing the comprehensive quality of pharmacists in China. We sincerely welcome readers to provide their opinions and suggestions on our work. We wish all readers who read this book success in their efforts to become qualified pharmacists.
