Humans are animals, and sometimes we are horrifying, sometimes we are great, but always animals. We might be delusionally self-assuming ourselves as fallen angels, but in reality, we are just monkeys standing upright. Our actions are rooted in innate genetic heritage, and all our activities bear similarities to those of other animals. The only thing unique to us is that humans can take these animalistic traits as a foundation and expand and refine them to an astonishing degree, sometimes even causing severe consequences by suppressing these traits. Different cultures have a huge impact on our biological foundations, to the extent that they mask the fundamental commonalities of humanity. This often leads to unnecessary conflicts and harm, making us believe that each society is a collection of entirely different races, irreconcilably at odds with each other.
