The complete series is organized into volumes, with a total of twenty volumes planned, accompanied by several CDs. The first ten volumes primarily include his entire linguistic works, covering fields such as Chinese linguistics, dialectology, minority linguistics, and the standardization of Chinese. The last ten volumes will include his musical works, translations in Chinese and English, works for Science, his autobiography, letters, and more. Among these, his complete diaries covering over seventy years of his life and more than a thousand photographs will be presented to the public in the form of CDs through advanced technology. In 2002, four volumes are planned to be released, focusing on Professor Zhao's outstanding achievements in linguistics, music, and natural sciences research.
