The book is divided into 25 chapters, with main content including the basic concepts of contracts and Contract Law, the formation, content, form, validity, performance, preservation, alteration, and transfer of contracts, termination, liability for breach of contract, contract interpretation, as well as 15 types of named contracts stipulated in the "Contract Law," such as sales.
