Features: The fundamental and main content of this work, on the one hand, is the exposition and clarification of criminal law norms, which primarily falls under the category of general criminal law theory. On the other hand, it concerns the textual interpretation of specific criminal law provisions and their (descriptions of crimes), which primarily pertains to the category of specific criminal law theory. Only these two aspects constitute the overall structure of criminal law theory. Without criminal law norm interpretation, it cannot be called criminal law theory. Precisely for this reason, there is a very common argument in contemporary criminal law circles that criminal law provisions are propositions of criminal law norms. This argument embodies the distinct difference between criminal law and criminal law theory.
