Features: The "China Mandatory National Standard Collection" was first published in 1993 and the second edition was published in 1997. Since the publication of this large-scale series, it has been widely favored by readers due to its authority, comprehensiveness, and practicality. With the development of the socialist market economy and the needs of international trade, some mandatory standards have been revised one after another. To meet the readers' needs, we have decided to revise the original collection. The revision of this edition is mainly based on the review results of mandatory national standards approved before March 31, 2002, by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. This book collects all 2,785 mandatory national standards confirmed by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. To ensure the timeliness of this book, we have included mandatory standards approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine from January 1, 2003, to March 31, 2003, totaling 2,807 standards. The mandatory national standards collected in this compilation are classified according to the "Chinese Standard Document Classification System," with each major category generally forming a volume. Categories with more standards are divided into several sub-volumes, while categories with fewer standards are compiled into a single volume. Each volume is arranged in ascending order of standard numbers. The entire collection includes 18 volumes and 43 sub-volumes. This volume is the second volume of the Electrical Engineering series (classification code K), which includes 25 mandatory national standards.
