Features: To implement the "Nineth Five-Year Plan" for scientific research of China Accounting Society and to promote the theoretical research of accounting in China, China Accounting Society organized the research of 1999 key accounting scientific research projects of the Ministry of Finance. This key accounting scientific research project was established to address urgent and unresolved issues in China's accounting reform. A total of 20 project proposals and 62 research teams were selected, covering a wide range of topics with significant practical implications. This book introduces the characteristics and basic accounting issues of the petroleum and natural gas industry; the historical evolution and future development direction of China's petroleum and natural gas accounting system; an international comparison of petroleum and natural gas accounting standards; and research on the framework structure of China's petroleum and natural gas accounting standards.
