Features: Model Plays, a unique dramatic style born in a special political environment. From their once-popular peak to their gradual decline, they represent the entire journey of a difficult era. Even today, as we look back on that history, the artistic charm of model plays still remains, with familiar figures and unforgettable, brilliant performances. We proudly recommend this collection, "Revolutionary Modern Chinese Opera Treasury," which includes 10 beloved model plays such as Red Detachment of Women and Sand Bay. Accompanying it is the companion book, "Behind the Scenes of Model Play Performances and Where Are the Model Play Characters Now?" This book features 100,000 words of rare firsthand accounts and 80 carefully selected old posters. To highlight its collectible value, this CD and its companion book are only limited to 1,000 sets, each accompanied by a numbered 24K gold collector's certificate.
