Features: With the continuous development and expansion of economic and cultural exchanges between China and the outside world, interactions between domestic groups, institutions, enterprises, public institutions, and individuals with foreign countries have become increasingly frequent. This book aims to provide a practical reference for professionals in various fields in China who use French as a communication tool for writing correct French application documents. Based on the current practical needs of foreign affairs, the application documents in this book are divided into three major categories (i.e., the three parts of the book). In addition to briefly introducing the formats and structures of the various application documents involved, providing practical phrases and necessary knowledge for these types of documents, and selecting several French examples with corresponding Chinese translations, this book also includes language norms and strong practicality. These examples can serve as references for writing French documents and as supplementary teaching materials for learning French application documents. The first two parts of the book primarily target the needs of individuals living abroad or preparing to work or study overseas, as well as those engaged in foreign affairs domestically, in their interactions with various foreign institutions and people at all levels. The content includes correspondence with family and friends, various types of applications, and letters regarding specific matters in daily life or work, written to individuals from the highest level (e.g., the president, ministers) to office secretaries and clerks. The third part focuses on the procedures and various stages of commercial activities, providing a detailed introduction to business documents. These stages include ordering, supplying, delivery, foreign trade, transportation, insurance, settlement, and more.
