Features: The management model of construction supervision enterprises has been a topic of exploration and practice since the establishment of China's construction supervision system in 1988. In construction supervision management, business management is the lifeblood of the enterprise, financial management is its guarantee, technical and business management is its foundation, administrative management is its means, and quality management is its soul. With the improvement of China's construction laws, regulations, and management systems, and as China joins the WTO and integrates into the international economic system, China's construction supervision will enter a period of leapfrog development, placing increasingly higher demands on the management models and levels of construction supervision enterprises. The main basis for the preparation of this book includes the Construction Law of the People's Republic of China, the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Quality Management of Construction Projects, the national standard Code for Construction Supervision (GB50319–2000) of the People's Republic of China, the local standard Code for Construction Supervision (DBJ01–41–2002) of Beijing, the local standard Code for Construction Project Documentation Management (BDJ01–51–2003) of Beijing, the national standard Code for the Filing and Arrangement of Construction Project Documents (GB50328–2001), and other relevant laws, regulations, and standards of the state and Beijing. The principle of preparation is to meet the above regulations while combining the company's years of practical experience to propose higher requirements for the depth and standardization of technical and business management in construction supervision. The authors of this book all have many years of practical experience in construction supervision and a high level of theoretical expertise, with most having participated in the writing of the above national standards, regulations, and Beijing local codes. The book clearly defines the main work content of the construction supervision process, primarily focusing on the construction phase, and is highly practical and operational. It serves as a guide for company supervision personnel to carry out supervision tasks and as a basis for the company to examine the depth of supervision work in various project supervision departments.
