Publish Date: 2003-11-01
Features: The legal norms included in this book consist of laws, regulations, and some rules, as well as legal interpretive documents. The content of this book continues from The Legal Collection of the People's Republic of China (Volume 18), covering laws, regulations, rules, and legal interpretive documents issued by the National People's Congress and its Standing Committee, the State Council and its affiliated departments, the Supreme People's Court, and the Supreme People's Procuratorate from May to August 2003. Before the publication of The Legal Collection (Volume 18), due to various reasons, some regulations, rules, and judicial interpretations from January to April 2003 that were not included were also incorporated. The internal arrangement within each section of the book is as follows: laws, regulations and rules, and legal interpretive documents. However, for the interpretation of a specific law or regulation, or for supplementary content related to a specific rule or legal interpretive document, due to their close relevance, they were not arranged according to the above principle but placed after the corresponding law, regulation, rule, or legal interpretive document for easier reference. Documents such as the President's Order of the People's Republic of China, the State Council's Order, and related notices issued for the promulgation of specific laws, regulations, rules, and legal interpretive documents are included in the book, but those without substantive legal provisions are noted. For the convenience of legal researchers to understand the overall picture of China's legal development from a longitudinal perspective and for easy reference, a chronological index is appended at the end of the book.
