Features: This manual is compiled according to the requirements of the "JLPT Test Question Standards" (for levels 3 and 4) written by the Japan Foundation and the Japan Association for International Education (Hanshinkosha, 1994), as well as the past question trends, and includes over 2,000 entries. This manual is based on the "Bilingual Example-Explained Pronunciation JLPT 3 and 4 Level Vocabulary Manual" (East China University of Technology Press, 2003) and is designed for JLPT 3 and 4 test-takers who wish to memorize vocabulary in a short period of time (months). Of course, it is also suitable for general beginners and intermediate Japanese learners. To help users correctly grasp the pitch of each word, this manual marks the pitch for every word. There are various methods for memorizing vocabulary, among which the most effective is repeated recitation. We hope that users will review the vocabulary at least twice before the exam. This will not only help them achieve good results in the "Vocabulary and Grammar" section but also significantly improve their scores in the "Listening," "Reading and Grammar" sections.
