It must not be seen solely as a technical operation issue. There are numerous research topics in the study of Chinese food culture. This small book merely attempts to explore some preliminary aspects. Subjectively, I aimed to make it easy to understand, engaging, and informative to cater to readers at all levels. Unfortunately, I am neither a chef nor a gourmand. Digressing, what I’ve written is actually superficial and may even contain errors.
