They provide a helpful reference for comprehensively understanding and mastering China's intellectual property legal system and its level of protection. Second, the timeliness of regulations: Before and after China's entry into the World Trade Organization, China's intellectual property legal system underwent significant revisions. The three major intellectual property laws and their implementing rules (regulations) were amended, and some related rules and normative documents were also reviewed. The normative documents included in this book are those revised and reviewed, making them highly timely. Third, practicality: The regulations included in this book are commonly used in economic and management work, making them very practical for professionals in these fields. At the same time, this book serves as a supplementary teaching regulation for the series "Typical Cases of Intellectual Property," and all the laws and regulations involved in the "Typical Cases of Intellectual Property" are included in this book, which is of great significance for analyzing and understanding the selected intellectual property cases.
